3.2 Service Deficiencies: In the event that the delivered service is significantly different from what was agreed upon in the service agreement or exhibits major deficiencies, the Client may request a partial or full refund, subject to our review and approval.

3.3 Cancellation by Client:

  • Before Commencement: If the Client cancels the service before the commencement of the work, a full refund will be issued.
  • After Commencement: If the Client cancels the service after the commencement of the work, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. Administrative fees and costs incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Non-Refundable Services

4.1 Consultation Fees: Fees paid for initial consultations or strategy sessions are non-refundable.

4.2 Completed Services: Once a service has been fully delivered and accepted by the Client, it becomes non-refundable.

4.3 Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for changes in the Client’s preferences, decisions, or any other reasons not related to service performance or delivery.

5. Refund Request Procedure
