Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality web design, development, and digital marketing services. However, due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our work, we maintain the following Refund & Cancellation Policy:

1. General Rules

• All deposits / advance payments are non-refundable once the project begins.

• Refunds are only possible in very limited cases (see below).

• No refunds will be issued after the project has reached any milestone or after design approval.

3. Cancellation by Client

• If you cancel before any work begins, you may request a full refund minus a ₹2,000 administrative fee.

• Once we start working (design, wireframe, content collection, or coding), no refunds will be provided.

• If the project is cancelled midway, you will be liable to pay for all completed work + any third-party costs incurred.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• SEO Packages

• Email Marketing Campaigns

• Google Ads / Social Media Ads Management

• Monthly Maintenance Plans

• Domain Names & Hosting (purchased on client’s behalf)

5. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@softwaresavvystudio.com

• We will review your request within 3-5 business days

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method (Net Banking, UPI, Razorpay, etc.)

6. Exceptional Cases

We may offer partial refunds (at our sole discretion) in rare cases such as:

• Prolonged project delays from our side (beyond 30 days without valid reason)

• Major breach of agreed scope
