Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services or engaging with Software Savvy Studio.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website softwaresavvystudio.com or availing any of our services (web design, software development, mobile application development, email marketing, or related digital services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Software Savvy Studio provides the following services:

• Web Designing & Development (responsive websites, e-commerce, landing pages, etc.)
• Custom Software Development (CRM, ERP, inventory, billing, automation tools, etc.)
• Mobile Application Development (Android, iOS, hybrid/cross-platform apps)
• Email Marketing Campaigns and related digital marketing support
• Other digital solutions as mutually agreed upon

All services are custom in nature. Final deliverables, timelines, and pricing are determined after detailed discussion and scope finalization.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, materials, and feedback
• Ensure all provided content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Make payments as per the mutually agreed payment schedule
• Notify us promptly of any changes in project requirements

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• 50% advance payment is required before commencement of work
• Remaining balance is payable before final delivery/handover
• All payments are non-refundable once work has started (see Refund Policy for exceptions)
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other mutually agreed methods
• GST (if applicable) will be charged extra as per government norms

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full and final payment:

• Client receives full ownership and rights to the final deliverables (source code, designs, etc.)
• Software Savvy Studio retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless client requests otherwise in writing
• Any pre-existing code/libraries/frameworks used remain under their original licenses

Until full payment is received, all rights remain with Software Savvy Studio.

6. Project Timeline & Delivery

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are subject to:

• Timely receipt of client content, feedback, and approvals
• Scope changes (may require revised timeline & cost)
• Unforeseen technical or external factors

Delays caused by the client do not constitute breach by Software Savvy Studio.

7. Revisions & Changes

Most projects include 2–3 rounds of revisions (as per package/quote). Additional revisions or major scope changes may incur extra charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Software Savvy Studio shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities
• Any damages exceeding the total amount paid by the client for the specific project

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to remedy within 15 days.

Upon termination, client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the project.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
